2) Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

3) Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).

-You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items (if applicable):

-All promotional items are non-refundable.

-Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts not due to our error

4) How to start a return

Email support@minviastore.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

We will send return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

5) Return shipping fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

7) Refunds
